Any of you ladies know anyway to help a sprained ankle?? 8 1/2 months pregnant and must have twisted wrong, tripped over something at work or God knows what. Suppose to be on light duty but we were so short today I was working 2 halls so now it hurts worse. I've already been to the ER, they put me in a splint and gave me crutches but told me if I feared falling on them and hurting baby to not use them. My normal doctor doesn't have any openings for 3 weeks. 😖 I NEED relief, just not sure what else to be doing with it and I need to work as long as possible. 😩 Any ideas at all are appreciated.
