Spotting and strong cramps at 10 weeks

Okay ladies in your opinion should I go to the hospital to get checked my midwives office is already closed and I know they do not have US machine to check. I have yet to have my first US it is scheduled for tomorrow at a different facility. I am unsure what to do. I am having back and lower abdomen cramping and have been spotting every time I go to the bathroom. I have never spotted this early on in my previous pregnancies. This is definitely a first for me. Advice anyone??
