How difficult was it for you to lose weight after giving birth?

#1 thing that helped for me was nursing. I know it doesn't help everyone lose weight but it was great for me. I never had to "work" to lose the baby weight after either child. With my second, I lost all the baby weight plus an additional 11 lbs by 10 months post pardum.

Breastfeeding!! I lost the weight I had gained and then some! And I ate like a horse! Whatever I wanted, all the time! It was the most glorious year and a half of my life lol. I gained 30 and lost 50 in 9 months, but I was way too skinny, I literally could not keep fat on my body. I managed to gain 10 back after weening, which is where I stayed, but only with eating healthy and exercise after breastfeeding.

Not difficult at all. I lost all my baby weight within the first few weeks. That being said I gained some back afterwards with my second child🤔
