Baby shower?

Am I wrong tht I don't really want a baby shower? I mean I shouldn't be planning it away. I only have two really close friends and both are going through some tough times right now so I don't expect them to plan Bc I understand. But me planning it myself and putting out money tht I could be using for my baby, I really could care less. Am I wrong or just being lazy?

I'm not having one either. No one offered to throw me one so I figure the amount of money spent to throw a baby shower I could just buy my baby stuff. If anyone wants to buy anything then wonderful!!!

I never had one if no one throws it. You can't host your own baby shower. That's one reason I didn't have one and buy my stuff straight out. And if anyone wanted to buy stuff that's different
