Could I Be?!

My husband and I have been TTC #2, I had a M/C late May of this year I bled for 12 days before I found out. My husband and I were sexually active when I had stopped bleeding of course, so June I bled a couple days light pink and sticky and July the same thing. This month I had it as well and only in the am but I started to get headaches nauseated and more tired than usual. I have tested and they have came back negative but I really feel I could be and I have a drs appt coming up next week. Do you think I could be pregnant?!
