When to take HPT after fresh 5dt?

So, when does it make sense to expect an accurate result on a hpt after a 5 day transfer? We transferred Friday, which makes us 4dp5dt today. I have tested once or twice to make sure the trigger is out. Those were stark white, so I think we're safe on that account. I used clinical guard tests, which I think is 25, so not incredibly sensitive. My beta is scheduled for the 28th which is 5 more days! I feel like a FRER might pick something up maybe tomorrow or the next day? But I only have 1 and don't want to waste it on a too early test when I have the internet cheapie tests. I also have a couple of clear blue digital weeks estimator tests.
