How to cure hair loss?

I have had horrible hairloss for about three weeks now. My hair has gotten much thinner and I just want it to stop. I have been taking iron and vitamin B supplements for about 2 weeks, as well as biotin and vitamin D (which I have been taking for about a year). I have tried oil masks, only wearing loose braids... do any of you guys know other solutions? I will try everything!
