First appt. need opinions!!!!

I had my first appt yesterday. We thought that I was atleast 7 weeks but I had an ultrasound and the doctor thinks that I am either earlier than expected or it's not a healthy pregnancy😕. The ultrasound tech said that she was guessing I was atleast 5 weeks. I have to wait two weeks for another ultrasound.  as anyone else had this experience?
