so I need a distraction

My boyfriend is going away to college again like he did last year. Last year tho was really hard because I became very dependent on him but he was always so busy so I was just like very sad a lot and felt like I didn't really have anything to do because I always waiting for him to text me or call me. I obviously don't want it to be that way this year and I'm trying to think of some kind of big meaningful project I could do to keep myself busy. Does anyone have any good ideas? All would be appreciated!!
