Anyone else have constantly high LH?

I'm at a loss of what to do. Because of my irregular periods and not falling pregnant for 7 years I decided to start taking OPKs in the hope it would help. But every time I've taken one they seem to be high. I did some reading and it said its common with PCOS to have a high LH amount all the time. My doctor said she thinks I have PCOS but oddly didn't offer anything more than that, so I'm going back again soon. Is it pointless taking OPKs for me then? Anyone else have this? I feel like it's just getting more and more hard for me now and other than BDing every single day (yeah right, like I have the energy 😂) I don't know what to do.
