Has anyone gone through this???

So I just started college yesterday, I got home and started crying looking at all the stuff I already had to do. I went to my other class today and almost started bawling being in the class!! I literally wanted to walk out of the class and drop out! Has anyone ever gone through that?? Any tips?

One step at a time don't let some paper work get the best of you. Pace yourself and keep your eye on the prize. College is not forever you you can do it! Don't give up!

The first week is really overwhelming, but what I did is I got a planner and wrote EVERYTHING down. That really helped me feel more organized and therefore less stressed out about my entire situation.

I know how you feel! I felt the same way when I started college. Now I'm going to university and starting to feel the same way again. My advice would be to just take it one at a time. Like everyone else said, start writing things down it'll help you tons. Don't feel hesitant to ask questions if something isn't clear. Staying organized and asking questions were the two things that helped me do well in college.

It is very overwhelming but just know the more classes you take, the harder they get. Just make sure your organized. I have a big white board in my room and my boyfriend and I write down our major assignments with due dates so we can visually see everything. And most teachers will give you all the assignments right off the bat so put them up somewhere you're always able to see them and just highlight each one you complete. You gotta be able to get through it, especially if you just started.. you have a long way to go, but as long as you stay focused and finish the work, you'll do fine! Good luck 😊

College is stressful!! I graduated recently and I definitely am less same than when I entered ( though I also did a lot of changing and maturing ). The best thing for you to do is give yourself time to adjust. Take time to budget out your day. When do you have classes? When will you eat meals? When will you do homework? When will you have time to relax? When will you sleep? Do you shower in the morning or at night? I know it seems like a lot to do ( and it is ), but you just have to give yourself time to adjust to a new place and new things. Routines are the best!
