Tooth ache and third trimester?

I'm 38 weeks and got a cavity (best time right), my doctor approved of me being able to get it taken care of but the dentist hasn't gotten any openings anytime soon yet!

It's hard to sleep with it and was wondering it anyone had any good natural remedies that help relieve the pain for a bit?
One Tylenol worked for a bit but I rather not take it so much. I tried a warm and cold cloth on it and nothing.

Any ideas ?

Clove oil/paste helps ease dental pain. If the cavity is painful it needs to be dealt with ASAP. I would contact other dentists in your area if yours isn't available.

I used this shaving cream looking can of sensodyne toothpaste. After a day or so it took away the sensitivity. You could try it since the doc said no to origel.

If you poke a hole in a liquid Tylenol and put the gel on your tooth. Helps a ton, doesn't taste like candy tho lol

Orajel/ambisol will numb it a bit, not too sure on any baby-safe natural remedies beyond ice/heat. Did you ask the dentist what would be good in the meantime?
