Glucose test
I didnt pass my 1 hr test so I have to take the 3 hr one. I didnt drink a lot of water before hand so I think it could have affected my results. Should I worry that I have to take the 3 hr one? I eat really healthy etc.
What helped you to pass the 3 hr test? Im going to make sure im well hydrated beforehand.
