Pls help mommiea , my baby has this dry rash on his body, arms, legs and stomach, I dont know what it is or what caused it, i noticed it yesterday and today on his arms and legs. Pls any advice?

My son had dry skin and red patches and the pediatrician told us it was exzema. She suggested cetaphil lotion and soap to help, although exzema can flair up if your baby has a milk allergy.  The cetaphil didn't really work for us, so she prescribed a steroid cream and the rash/dry skin is gone now.

This is his leg, not as red but a few roundish  patches
