I just don't understand

I weigh literally the same amount that I did when I got pregnant with my daughter and now I'm 37w3d I just don't get it. I did loose some weight in the beginning from being sick and have gained that back but that's it. Less then 10 pounds... At my first appointment in February I weighed 196 and that's exactly what I weigh now...
