Taking a pregnancy test

So me and my husband have been trying to conceive. And I have all kinda symptoms. I've been tired, my boobs have been hard and super sore for almost 2 weeks now, and last night I start throwing up. My appetite has increased and my belly is hard and feels different, not just hurting just different. I took two test and both of them say that I'm not pregnant. My period is supposed to start in the next week. Is it to early to test ?! I need some advice.
