Intense sharp pains at 19w4d

I've had a very good pregnancy up to a couple days ago where I started cramping. It wasn't too intense and chalked it up to my uterus growing. It lasted around half a day. Ever since then I've felt kinda "off" and today I started getting really sharp pains radiating from just behind my belly button down into my cervix area. It's constant. I've tried everything to stop it (moving, staying still, changing positions, drinking water, etc) and it's still happening. It hurts when o touch my belly- sends that sharp pain through again. 

Has anyone experienced this? 

I'm extremely rural, 2.5 hrs away from my OB and I don't wanna jump the gun if it is just baby kicking my cervix or normal pregnancy pains. I'm a FTM.
