Can anyone relate?? I'm super worried

I am currently 16w4d and I've only been to my Dr 3 times. The first time my Bp was high when I got there and it was better before I left... Figured it was being I was really anxious about my first appointment. The second I can't remember what it was. But I had to go to ER for a uti and it was 143/92... I had to stay for like 4 hours waiting for my urine and stuff to come back and they checked it twice before I left and it was much better! I also bought a BP machine and have been taking it at home.. I noticed my bottom number was almost always in the 80's. I started drinking a lot more water and my numbers have been much better including the bottoms being in low/mid 70's. So when I went to my appointment yesterday I was looking fwd to seeing my BP and it was 130/92.. So the bottom number was still high. I told her I was worried about it so she told me to do the 24 hr urine test and blood work... I'll be turning it in tomorrow so hopefully can hear back by Friday. She told me not to worry at all and even if it stayed borderline like this that we should be okay. But I don't see her for another 5 weeks and I'm worried my machine at home isn't even accurate now. Did anyone have high BP this early on and be ok with no medicine?? I'm really stressing over it... Which I know doesn't help at all.
