FWB to BF

So my fwb and I have been talking for about four months now. At first it was just a meet up have sex go home, but now it's a go over his house have sex, stay the night, cuddle, grocery shopping, going out, cooking. When we first started he didn't really want to talk about his past but now he does, not only that when I use to get text from other guys he didn't care, this past time he acted jealous. Should I have the relationship talk with him? PS sorry this is so long
