Faint line & stomach cramps

Missed my period for 1 month.. Been trying for months 😅😅😅 and faint line at my upt once.. And recheck again the next day turned out -VE.. But... Im having severely stomach cramps now and then.. And light headed... Anyone ever experience this? Will be having an appointment with gynae this saturday.. So nervous...
