Losing hope

Hello me and my husband have been TTC for 3 years now I have had an ectopic pregnancy my first time pregnant and lost my right tube ever since no sign of a baby n the oven since! I tried glow for this month and my period had come on the exact day it said it would, it hasn't been more then a couple hours for my bleeding and it's not a period red it's more brown red but def more red then brown! We are losing hope and looking more towards adoption! !😠
