Elevated AFP??

Just looking for any moms-to-be who had elevated AFP levels. Doctor called this AM and said mine came back elevated at 4.7 (there lab cut off is 2.0). Genetic counselor called me and is having me come in next Wednesday at 18 1/2 weeks for US for anatomy check. She said my level is "significantly high". I did some research online and found that a lot of those tests come back false positive, which I am hoping is my case too! Any advice/support would be helpful!!!!
