Should I buy Preseed if I don't have an issue with dryness?

I have been TTC seriously for a month and not so seriously for over a year. I have been reading a lot about Preseed and it's success but it seems a little pricey for $20 and I'm not sure how long it will last. I don't experience dryness but I do have a hard time reading my CM.

I don't have an issue with dryness and bought it.  First time using it i got pregnant.  Im about 5 weeks now

I believe preseed helps carry the sperm

It's really just lube. If you don't need lube it's best to not use anything
