4 month sleep regression
Anyone going through this or has gone through it? Our LO was sleeping through the night up until about a week ago, he is 16.5 weeks old. I know he is going through a "learning leap" which is making it harder to get him down for his daytime naps. At night he is waking up at 12 and then again at 2 and is super restless all night. Any tips or advice?
