Concerned

Okay.. so I've been having some horrible breast pains and I am having some hip pains along with some leg pains too. That is my first to have pain in those areas... Today, while at work, I went to do my business in the restroom and noticed some spotting. (A few spots of light red blood) my period is in two weeks and it's not time yet and need answers or if your a nurse and can help, that be grateful. I really do wanna be pregnant. I just don't wanna give my hopes up if I'm not... Anything would help and be greatly appreciated
