Piles/ hemorrhoids need suggestions!
Hi ladies/ gents?
I need some home remedy ideas..
I am 28 weeks along and am suffering from piles.. I recently started taking iron pills as I was extremely tired..well in return they have caused this issue. I wasn't having problems going to the washroom though.. Which is why I don't get what's happening.
I have been drinking more water, upping my fibre, just got stool softeners, and invested in some over the counter cream and witch hazel wipes.
I am also soaking in a warm tub 3 times a day. Any suggestions are welcome as I am in a ton of pain!
Feeling frustrated.
