Diaper/Wipes Raffle at Gender Reveal?

Question

So speaking as a FTM and as a person who has never attended a Gender Reveal, would it be rude to send a Diaper/Wipes Raffle ticket with the invitations? And then enter the tickets with names in a jar and draw out a name for a prize?

I think it would be ok but if you're having a shower I wouldn't do a second diaper raffle.

We sent a little note saying "diaper raffle: bring a pack of diapers any size, and you will be entered to win the door prize!" And we have raffle tickets available at the door for those who bring diapers :) we got a $30 liquor store card for the door prize!

I think gifts and diaper raffles are for showers only not gendar reveal parties.

I think it's okay but if you are also having a baby shower save it for the shower as its kind of a lot to have to events inviting people
To bring gifts, gender reveals are more for cake or treats and the fun reveal, but if you aren't also having a shower where gifts are expected then why not?

Thank you all for your comments. They have been super helpful. I should have put in the original post that this will be for immediate family only. Yes, they will probably throw me a shower later on and I would have no control over if they done the raffle again. However, I'm not inviting friends and extended family to this reveal. Just Mom/Dads, Grandparents, Brother/Sisters and my little nephews will be there.

My hubs is military so we are having a baby shower in our home state and a diaper raffle where we live! His single friends aren't going to want to go buy clothes and a bouncer but they will go grab a pack of diapers from Walgreens down the street before they come 😂 but that's just what worked out for us

I did it! Prize was two movie tickets and a gift card for dinner. People loved it. Did not do it again for my shower this weekend though.
