Anyone else sleep train at 3 months??

Running out of ideas of how to get my LO to sleep at night. Thinking about doing a modified CIO. Is 3 months too young??

My doctor said to wait until about 6 months. She said three months (how old my little guy is) is too young. I got the "Moms on Call" app and I've been following their suggested feeding and sleep schedule. We aren't perfect at it, but he's now only waking up once a night to feed... Which has been wonderful!

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by sleep training, but this is what has been working for us: Abby(3 months) gets a bath around 7pm, then I give her a little rub with cream (it's not long enough to call a massage 🙈). Then I feed her (even if she ate not long ago), burp her and then cuddle until she is drowsy. Then I put her in the crib and stay in the room, pat her back and speak softly when she fusses until she is asleep. I do a dream feed at 11pm and she sleeps until 6:30-7 am. Finding the routine is what helped us and it works well for us both.
