Feeling sick

I'm almost 8 weeks I haven't seen my OB til Tuesday but I been getting every damn symptoms 😞😞😞 I work at a doctors office and I'm usually on my feets I'm good during the day but when I get home I feel exhausted sick and tired and vomiting and with those damn nauseous I wonder why I'm good during the day and when I get home ughhh 😷😷😷 ?? Has anyone felt this way what could this be
