I don't feel pregnant

So ill be 18 weeks tomorrow and i dont feel like nothing drastic has changed as in tummy wise. Would it be crazy to say I dont feel pregnant. When i turned 17 weeks everything seemed to go away, no more vomitting, nausea, or headaches. I dpmt really have a bump neither. :( ...i figured by now id feel something. Anyone else feel this way??
