Territorial towards everyone including my husband...

Due to stuff that happened in my past leading to some emotional and mental health issues, I'm very territorial over stuff I've worked for. My husband has been pressing his boundaries with my territorial issues- I know that in marriage 'what's mine is yours' but that's not an easy sentiment for me to follow. I get frustrated when he takes my new car without asking or takes money from my EMERGENCY cash stash for who knows what. I'm just frustrated and needed to vent, thanks for listening lol
