3 week old extra fussy 😫

Baby girl was amazing from the day we brought her home. Barely fussed and slept from 1am to 4-5ish am.. Only waking up to eat. The past three nights she's been waking up like clockwork at 3:30 extremely fussy. So last night we upped her formula for her two night time bottles to 4oz each. Then the rest of her bottles are 3oz. It seemed to work she slept from 11pm to 2am to 6am. She's just about 10lbs and with the extra formula at night she will be at 26oz for the day. Would it be too much to up all of her bottles to 4oz? It seems like she's still hungry after her 3oz bottles. She'll suck on her hand or suckle at anything that comes near her face. I just don't want to make her sick by giving her too much. She eats eight times a day.
