Hey ladies I'm 36 weeks

I had discharge from my boobs around 32 weeks but that was with me annoying it ( I had 2 little pimples on my nipple so I squeezed it and that's when milk came out ) well

I been having cramping really bad for the last week no back pain well its not worse than it was. Just bad lower abdominal pain its where my underwear line is and then my stomach gets tight it hurts makes me wanna go in a ball along with discharge. Well anyways last night I was going to get in the shower and my nipple was wet and leaking is this normal or like signs I could be going into labor soon?
