Husband

My husband isn't helping me with anything. I have a 7 week old and a 4 year old. He says it's because he works. I'm working from home while taking care of little one. Going back to work in the office next week. He has not changed one diaper or feed a bottle. I have been in the process of pumping and holding a fussy baby at the same time. All while he is sitting next to me playing on his phone. Never even offering to help. When I asked he gets mad at me. Is this happening with anyone else? I'm tired and feel like nothing I do helps
