1 month old is sick😕 what can I do?

I had a cold with stuffy nose, headache, sneezing and now my 1 month old got it..im a first time mom and Im not sure what to do. He has a stuffy nose and can barely breathe so hes not sleeping well, and pushing away his bottle. so i tried saline drops and sucking it out but its like way up there. I sat him in the bathroom with hot water on but im not sure if that helped. I gave him a couple warm baths and that made him sneeze some boogers out..i dont think he has a fever, it was 99.5 rectally. I took him to the doctor but since there were no more appointments open and all the walk in nurses were on break, all they did was listen to his lungs and they said sounded ok and come back monday if he gets worse. I just feel bad because he has very bad colic , so now hes screaming the entire day
