Sooo much painn😭 pleasse help?!

so yesturday i woke up with realllly bad pain in my lower right side of my back  . Excetly where my kidney is and its really painful i cant sleep from the pain no matter what postion im in . I also had a DR appt yesturday for check up and i told them. They did a urine test but said there is no sign for a kidney infection and is prolly from sleeping in a wrong postion.But today its still worst and i cant do nothing . Its reallly painful and worst when i touch it .  Has anyone felt this?? im only 36weeks and no contractions so i doubt its sign of labour !! i want help cuz if i caled they will just say relax . Im scared something is bad and i dont know ?!
