I personally call bullshit, mainly on the parts about being pregnant 2-5 years as well as the negative ultrasounds, because at some point  you would see a baby. I have heard about the hcg not showing up though.

People falling pregnant and being unaware until labor sets it isn't uncommon. Being pregnant 2-5 years though? Unless the fetus is calcified I doubt it.

Of course you can be pregnant and not know it...that's not what this is though.
If you think you are pregnant and tests show negative then an ultrasound will give proof. Nowhere for a baby to hide in there.

Also NOBODY is pregnant for 2-5 years. It's just not fucking happening. Even elephants are only pregnant for about 95 weeks.

Negative tests are a thing, but negative ultrasounds are not. I saw my baby at 7 weeks. There is absolutely no way unless the baby has vanishing powers.

Well considering my mom had no clue she was pregnant until she was 7 months along, I know it's true.

I think it could be a thing because if a women didn't know she was pregnant till giving birth it's hard to tell how long she  had carried it...

Ummm no.
1-HGC is made by the placenta, not the mother’s body. There are a few things that may lead to lower HGC levels: molar pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, a pregnancy that is not as far along as expected, or miscarriage. But these things will either end in a D&C; or miscarriage, or if it’s just a young pregnancy, the levels will rise and baby will be fine. Being pregnant longer than the natural 9-10 months because of low HGC is not an option. 3-5 years is impossible. 
2- because of the technology we have today, after 15 weeks (maximum) there really is no such thing as a negative ultrasound. By that point in pregnancy, baby should be large enough to see distinctly, even with the worst ultrasound equipment. A heart beat should for sure be easy to find. 
3- Even if you do have regular periods, negative pregnancy tests, and negative ultrasounds early on (it happens, because sometimes women are just too early in the pregnancy to detect it medically... though this is very very rare), and don’t find out you’re pregnant until delivery, you will still not carry that baby past 10 months. The placenta will age, baby will run out of room in the womb, and your body will trigger labor. If, after 10 months, you still don’t have a fetus in your body... you are not pregnant. I promise.
