How to avoid tasting sperm!

Hi guys! So, I have this really big problem and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I've given my boyfriend head 5 times, and I refuse to spit because I want to please him, so, I swallow it. Honestly, it is the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted because it tastes like I'm gargling salt water mixed with whale sperm. It's gross. Is there possibly a way I could still swallow it, without tasting it?
