what does the kicks feel like

so this is my first time ever being pregnant and I'm pregnant with twins, I'm 16 weeks not sure if I've felt them kick or not if im.still or laying on my side where they are it's like I can feel this like throb almost like a heart beat it only last a second or so everyone says it feels like a butterfly but I have no idea what a butterfly feels like.

I get the heartbeat feeling, I felt that and like thumps are the best way I can describe it. Never felt flutters or butterflies. I started feeling them for sure at 18 weeks.

I have that same thing, also 16 weeks first time pregnant and it felt like a little heartbeat or pulse down on the right side by my belly button then the other day I felt it on the left, I can't tell if its in my head or actual movement

3 time mom here umm it's like big gas bubbles or little spasms? You'll know when it happens. I didn't feel this little one till like 22 weeks bc the sonographer said the way the placenta is the thicker part is between me and her and makes it harder to feel so if it takes a while don't worry

That early you probably feel flutters if not gas. You'll know when you're being kicked from the inside lol

On the outside, my baby will make it feel as though it's like a huge vein throb and whenever she does it to where no one can feel on the outside, it'll feel as though a snake on the inside and it kinda tickles while feeling weird lol

When I first felt him move at around 16 weeks it felt like I was being tickled from the inside and sometimes like butterflies. Now it feels like a combo between butterflies and thumping. I'm 23 weeks.
