Do you tell your SO after every negative test you have? I tested last months bad this month, both negative, I told him last month but not this morning. Should I tell him every time it's negative?

My husband has asked me a few times when I can test but I don't tell him every single negative test. It's just as upsetting to me as it is to him, so why should we both feel so down about it? I let him know when I get my period and it's understood that it obviously wasn't our month but we don't have to actually say the words "I'm still not pregnant". It's just too upsetting to keep hearing.

When we were trying to get pregnant, I told him the first two negatives and it just about broke my heart each time. HE suggested, if it was easier for me, to wait until it was positive to tell him. A thousand times easier for me to not have to say the words "not this month." He knew, I knew, but it was easier to not have to say it.

I always just told him when AF came because then I knew we were for sure out that month. He didn't need to know every time I tested.

No need, you'll tell him when it's positive & he knows that. I've never once told my husband about a test result. I do let him know when my period arrives.
