Not crawling?

I have a sweet baby girl who will be 9 months old on September 3rd. She rolls all over the place but she is not crawling yet. Should I be worried? I have friends who have a 4 month old and a 6 month old and they are crawling. Should I be worried?

My little dude will be 9 months on sept 5 and only recently started "army" crawling where he basically drags himself around the room on his stomach and still can't quite crawl with tummy off the floor. He will get on all fours and rock back and forth but that's it, and I have friends with younger babies who already crawl. I'm not worried and you shouldn't be either, your baby will get there.

Mine only rolled once at 7.5 months and can only scoot backwards and turn her body in circles, no crawling. She's 8 months old. I would try not to compare babies and just trust that it will all work out. In some cultures babies are never put on the ground bc they are carried all day- they walk just fine down the road!

My son started at 8 months but i continually worked with him and that's all we done I wanted him to crawl it's good for them to crawl I believe most babies don't because of lots of diff reasons but also to prove a point a baby can do anything if you work with them enough.

We are the same! 9 months on the 28th and no crawling. She pulls herself up on some furniture and would prefer to stand. Maybe she will just be a walker??

My son is 8.5 months and only began rolling! I wouldn't worry. Not all babies crawl; some go from rolling to pulling themselves up to stand and cruise.

Do you leave her on the floor alot??? I kn moms that are worried but they are always holding the babies! They need to be on their own alot i feel like to discover themselves and what they are capable off and sometimes
They are just taking it easy which is fine also
