Is anyone considering Permanent Birth Control After?

I'm thinking of permanent birth control for myself and for my husband. They say that men can do it faster. That it's a quick office visit and he's out after not like us if we want our tubes tied. My husband wants one more I say Nope! That's it. I am done. No more.

My husband volunteered for a vasectomy. We have 2 kids and the 3rd was an accident (currently pregnant of course). 
We did agree that if I had to have a c-section (which my doctor said that probably wouldn't happen), I would get my tubes tied.

It is a much easier process for the man to get a vasectomy than a woman. It's an out patient procedure and a quick recovery time. I'm not sure about tubes tied though, I think it's more in - depth and longer recovery.

We're going to have the vasectomy done with I'm recovering and hopefully by the time we're ready to get back to the fun stuff we'll be in the clear.

My SO and I are only pregnant with our first but I've already told him after number two, he will get snipped. Haha the procedure is equal to getting tubes tied and the Mirena. I refuse to take any form of BC. He is nervous, but I figure it can be done after baby is born so we can heal together 😂

Have you considered the Paragard IUD? It is good for 10 years, no hormones, no side effects, no surgery! I had it for 10 years - good stuff.

We have thought about it. I want 1 more after this. We are still deciding on if he should go in and get it done. His is reversible just in case we want one further down the road. We have talked about birth control for me but even then you still have that slim chance of becoming pregnant. The 5 days he is home we can't keep our hands off each other so it will be interesting on what we decide.
