Cm tmi question..

I have a history of pre term labor. So every ache and pain has me worried. This morning I was having what I was sure was round ligament pain. So I went about my day then later this afternoon I had a blob of EWCM I mean a lot... I've only had milky cm since my BFP.. So either way I chalked it up as normal until my husband and I had sex and I can feel him hitting my cervix... It has been really high until this point.. My question is I'm I over thinking this? Is it normal? Have any of you had similar situations?
