Leaking Fluid or Excessive Discharge

I'm 28 Weeks & 5 Days Pregnant

I've been having minor menstal like cramping and some mild lower back pain. I went to the bathroom and found that it looked like I peed myself (not a whole lot but enough that i had to change panties and wipe myself off). My baby hasn't moved much these last few days and I can't tell if she was to have dropped or not because she is already sitting very low, when I have occasionally felt her move it has felt like she is about to stick her hand out of my vagina.

Is this normal? Do I need to be concerned and call my doctor? Advice please!!! ♡
