What is this im experiencing.

Hi ladies, hope everyone's managing well, not long for us to go now. Wondering if any of yous can help me out, so for the last few days I've been having period type pain right about my biniki line. It happened yesterday morning. Tea time and last night. Now again I got up this morning for a wee and got back into bed and ouch the pain was there again lasted a good couple of mins then calmed down when this pain is here I get pain in my back to. I really don't know what this is as im a FTM currently 37.3 weeks.. anyone else experiencing this xx
