Laundry detergent rash

Hey everyone

So i tried out a new laundry detergent it snelled great usually i use arm & hammer for sensitive skin but after trying out this new kind I got a bad rash from it. Whats the best thing for the rash? Ive tried gold bond lotion is there something better than that????
