Water breaking?

I think my water may have broken but I'm not sure? I think it's trickling but not very much is coming out. And the only "contractions" I feel seem to feel just like period cramps but not as bad just yet. I called my doctor and I'm just waiting to hear back. I'm 39 weeks exactly. Could this be labor? It just seems too easy..

Thank you guys for commenting! I got checked and it was just a false alarm, but we got to see baby and she is doing very well (which is always good to know)

Best way to know....lay down for 30 minutes and then stand up. My waters trickled for 48 hours with no contractions x

I just had the same thing happen. Doctor sent me to the hospital, but it wasn't my water. Just extra discharge. Hope you have better luck than me!

At 39 weeks, 5 days my water broke(small amount) and I had absolutely no contractions no cramping no signs! My sister made me go to the hospital and sure enough it was labor!

I've been told Ifnyou can't control or stop it then it's your water breaking
