I feel like I have no room in my tummy at only 20+4

Ladies, am I the only one that gets full so easily and then feels uncomfortable afterwards? Like I haven't been eating much lately but when I do it's like my belly is going to burst and I feel like there's no room. I still have so far to go so I'm nervous! Can anyone else relate?
