4days late on af and still bfn

I have soooo many symptoms it's ridiculous that I'm seeing negative tests. My partner and I can't believe that the tests aren't positive. Its frustrating. I mean the constant urination, mild cramping, I've had uti, always exhausted, bloated, sore breasts, heightened sense of smell, hot flashes, lower back ache, super moody and emotional, always hungry... All signs point to it. I'm so confused.
