Convertible car seats for newborns

Any recommendations for convertible car seats from newborn and up? Honestly, I am not worried about having to unbuckle a sleeping baby. I did an infant car seat with my first and it was easier for me to use a baby carrier as he was a heavy baby. Plus, I personally didnt like to leave him sleeping in his car seat anyway. We are choosing to skip the infant car seat this time around and just using a convertible car seat and baby wearing.

UPDATED: BTW I already checked with my hospital and they do allow convertible carseats that hold a minimum of 5lbs fully reclined.
